UPCOMING EVENTS

March 28, 2015
The focus will be the events of Holy Week.  We will also be assembling our Humane Society project.  Children in grades 3 and above are encouraged to take part in this event.

We will start at 6 pm on Friday and children may be picked up at 9 am on Saturday.  Parent participation will be needed for this.  Information and registration forms went home with the children on February 15th.  A copy of that information form is in the Welcome Center or see Kathy Wesley with questions.

Please join us to participate in (or observe) a 'gentle yoga' class to be held on Tuesdays at 11am in the old parish hall at Piney.  Class participation is by donation.  Anne Machetto, a certified yoga instructor, will be conducting the class.  It is suitable for beginners and those desiring to do 'chair yoga' and is open to both parishioners and non-parishioners.

Welcome to St. Paul's, Piney!

Welcome to the website of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, Piney Parish.  We are grateful that you've taken a moment to learn a bit about us. Although we have been in Southern Maryland since 1752,  we believe God is still speaking and moving in the world today.  We don't claim to have all the answers, nor are we here to tell you how and what to think.  Yet, we are convinced that as we gather to worship, pray, and walk alongside one another as a community, we experience a foretaste of the unending love and peace awaiting us all.  It would be our privilege to be with you on the journey.
